While the Type-R is what typically flashes into the heads of the masses when thinking of a performance Honda Civic, the more affordable and slightly less over-the-top 10th Generation Si and Sportare not to be scoffed at. They have great tuning potential, and are often spiced up to make magnificent amounts of power a great bang for your buck!
That is why this week we are rolling out the red carpet for our newest addition to the 10th Gen FC/FK Civic catalog, our PFF25-1002G Front Control Arm Rear Bushing Anti-Lift & Caster Offset kit.
These brackets come pre-fitted with our Front Control Arm, Rear Bushingsin either a combination of Purple 80A and Black 95A durometer materials, or only the 95A Black material for peak performance.
Designed to fit the pressed steel arms of the non Type-R model Civics, not only will these restore steering precision, but will also provide 8mm of anti-lift geometry and +0.5 of caster offset along with an increase in stiffness over the factory bushings by 40%.
Increasing the caster angle of the front axle will make for a weightier steering feel, improved straight-line stability, and increased in-corner camber gain while anti-lift helps reduce front end lift during acceleration improving traction and cornering grip.
